Leaderboard Submissions:
By submitting a score or time to the leaderboard, you agree to the following:
- Public Display: Your username, account type (e.g., Google Play Games), in-game vehicle, and submitted score/time will be displayed publicly on the leaderboard and associated websites.
- Fraud Prevention: We collect and store your encrypted IP address, user ID, and account type to detect and prevent cheating, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent activity.
- Data Retention: This data is retained indefinitely to maintain leaderboard integrity. You may request deletion by contacting us (see Privacy Policy).
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your username's content. Usernames must not violate community guidelines (e.g., hate speech, impersonation).
- Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any submission or restrict accounts suspected of fraud, at our sole discretion.
- Discord Opt-In: By choosing to display your score in our Discord server:
- Your leaderboard username and Discord User ID will be stored and displayed
- Discord User ID is stored unencrypted to enable @mentions and attribution
- Must comply with both our guidelines and Discord's Terms of Service
- Revoke anytime by contacting us (see Privacy Policy)
Online Multiplayer and In-Game Communication:
By using our online multiplayer services, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- "I understand that my public IP address, approximate location, Google Play Games username, user ID, and avatar image are shared with the online service for connecting with game servers and players worldwide."
- "I understand that my in-game jersey name and Google Play Games username, avatar and Google Play Games account are shared with other users and displayed in online game rooms, including race and chat rooms, for all players to see. Any sensitive data I enter in the 'Jersey name' field and my Google Play Games public account information could be viewed by anyone in the game."
By using the chat feature, you agree to the following:
- "I understand that the chat is public, and any messages I send can be seen by all participants. I am solely responsible for the content I share and the information I choose to make public."
- "I agree to be respectful towards others in the chat, acknowledging that it is an open and unregulated environment."
Your Actions:
- By accepting this term, you fully acknowledge and assume responsibility for any actions depicted or simulated within the game. It is crucial to understand that imitating or attempting these actions in real life can be dangerous. Please exercise caution and refrain from replicating any in-game behaviors in the real world.
In-Game Store:
Ownership and Removal of Digital Items:
- "I understand that deleting the game may result in the loss of all in-game currency obtained as a reward for purchases made with real money from the in-game store."
- "I understand that any items I purchased from the in-game store using real money, may be removed without prior notice at any time."

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and all other regions where our app is available. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and other applicable laws.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Data from Google Play Games Services
We access your username, user ID, avatar, scores, achievements, friends list, and game progress to display leaderboards, track achievements, and manage multiplayer sessions.
1.2 Game Progress & Saved Data
Your game progress (e.g., achievements, currency, scores) is stored using Google Play Games Services' Cloud Save feature. This allows you to sync your progress across devices. We do not store this data on our own servers.
1.3 Data for Leaderboards
When you submit a score or time to the leaderboard, we collect:
- Username (publicly displayed on the leaderboard)
- User ID (an internal identifier for your account, encrypted and stored securely to prevent fraud)
- IP Address (encrypted and stored securely to prevent fraud)
- Account Type (e.g., Google Play Games; displayed on the leaderboard)
- Score/Time (publicly displayed on the leaderboard)
- In-Game Vehicle (publicly displayed on the leaderboard)
- Discord User ID (only if you opt into Discord leaderboard features; stored unencrypted to enable tagging)
Your username, account type, in-game vehicle, and submitted score/time are displayed publicly on the leaderboard.
For Discord leaderboard opt-in users: Your Discord User ID is stored unencrypted to verify your identity and enable @mention tagging in our Discord server.
This allows us to: Cross-match your leaderboard entry with your Discord account, Publicly attribute your score to your Discord profile, Display real-time updates in the Discord leaderboard.
All other sensitive identifiers (User ID and IP address) remain encrypted for fraud prevention. We do not share or sell this data. The optional Discord User ID storage is strictly limited to users who voluntarily enable this feature. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 10)
Hosting note: Our web service operates in a shared hosting environment managed by a third-party provider, which may access your data only for essential security, maintenance, and operational purposes under contractual confidentiality obligations.
1.4 Data via Firebase & Google Analytics
We collect device information (e.g., model, OS), app usage data (e.g., session length, crashes), approximate location, and user interactions to improve app functionality and user experience.
1.5 Advertising and Third-Party Data
To display ads, our third-party partners (Google AdMob, Unity Ads, IronSource) may collect:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID, IDFA)
- IP address and approximate location
- App usage data (e.g., ads viewed)
This data is used for personalized advertising. You may opt out of personalized ads in the app (see section 14).
1.6 User-Generated Content & Local Data
Mods via mod.io: User-created mods are hosted on mod.io. We temporarily process mod metadata (e.g., name, version) for functionality. Mods are subject to mod.io's Terms and Privacy Policy.
Screenshots & Recordings:
- Screenshots taken in-game are saved to your device's gallery. We do not access or upload them.
- Screen recordings made using your device's built-in tools are stored locally. We do not collect these recordings.
Cached Images: To improve performance, we temporarily cache web images (e.g., mod thumbnails) on your device. This data is automatically cleared and can be manually deleted via your device settings.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
We process your data based on:
- Consent: For cookies, personalized ads, and analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 6).
- Legitimate Interests: To provide multiplayer functionality, prevent fraud, and improve app performance.
3. Third-Party Services & Compliance
3.1 Advertising Partners
We use the following services to display ads. Each partner operates under its own privacy policy:

We ensure these partners comply with GDPR through Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

4. International Data Transfers
Data may be transferred outside the EEA/UK (e.g., to the U.S.) for processing. We use safeguards such as:

- EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF)
5. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately at play@oe-games.com.
For users under 16 (EEA/UK): Parental consent is required for data processing. We block personalized ads for underage users.
6. Your Rights (EEA/UK)
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Withdraw consent for ads/analytics
- Request data portability
- Object to data processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and local storage for:
- Multiplayer session management
- Analytics (e.g., Firebase)
- Ad frequency capping (via AdMob, Unity, IronSource)

Consent is required for non-essential cookies. You may disable cookies in device settings.
8. Security Measures
We implement safeguards to protect your data:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data (e.g., User IDs, IP addresses)
- Limited access to data
- Regular third-party audits
9. Data Retention
Game Progress:
Your saved game data is retained in Google Play Games Services until:
- You delete the cloud save file via the in-game settings, or
- You remove our app's access to your Google Play Games account.
Analytics Data (Firebase/Google Analytics):
Aggregated usage statistics and crash reports are retained indefinitely.
Leaderboard Data:
Username, user ID, IP address, account type, score/time and in-game vehicle are retained indefinitely to maintain leaderboard functionality and integrity. You may request deletion of this data at any time (see Section 10).
10. Data Deletion
To delete your cloud save data:
- Open the game's settings menu.
- Navigate to "Cloud Settings".
- Select "Disable Cloud Saving". And "Disable".
To revoke our app's access to Google Play Games:
- Go to your Google Account's Third-Party Apps page.
- Find our app and click "Remove Access".
To delete leaderboard data:
Email play@oe-games.com with your request. Include your username and account type for verification. We will process your request within 15 days.
Delete Cached Data:
- Clear the app's cache via device settings.
11. Your Control Over Data
- Revoke Permissions: Adjust permissions in device settings (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions).
- Report Mods: Use mod.io's reporting tools for inappropriate content.

14. How to Revoke Consent
- In-app: When an ad is displayed, look for a hand icon with a check mark (bottom-left or top-left corner). Tap the icon to adjust privacy settings.
- Through Web Browser: For Google Ads, visit myadcenter.google.com. In the upper right corner, set "Personalized ads" to Disabled.
- In Device Settings: For Gadsme "Opt-out of Interest-Based Ads" on Android devices and "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS devices.
